Hi,
I'm Natasha,​​​
I provide therapy and support to individuals, families, and groups navigating the impact of mental health disorders and emotional distress in adulthood.

​I work from an integrative perspective, recognising the connection between emotional, psychological, and physical well-being. My approach acknowledges the mind-body connection in the therapeutic process. ​
​
My goal in therapy is to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and accepted as we work together to navigate their unique challenges.
Therapy is tailored to each person’s needs and goals, fostering growth, healing, and meaningful change. ​
